By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Eligibility and Accounts: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and make purchases. If you are a minor, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and managing your account, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (including passwords and OTPs) and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may register or sign in using supported methods such as email, phone (OTP), or Google sign-in. You are responsible for ensuring that any third-party login you use remains secure. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms. Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt or overload the Services, or interfere with any other user's use of the Services. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or our systems and networks. You agree not to use AstroMira for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or third-party right. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, data-mine, copy, or create derivative works from the Services or their content, except as expressly permitted by law. You agree not to use bots, automated scripts, or other automated means to access the Services beyond what a human could reasonably produce. You agree not to upload or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that violates the rights or privacy of others. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, or resell or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission. Service Scope: AstroMira provides astrology-based informational guidance, including birth chart generation, daily horoscopes, zodiac insights, matchmaking and compatibility, conversational astrology guidance (Astro Chat), palm reading, and predictive dasha reports. The content is provided for personal insight, reflection, educational, and entertainment purposes only and should NOT be treated as legal, financial, investment, medical, psychological, relationship, or any other professional advice. Astrological readings are interpretive and subjective by nature. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or outcome of any reading, prediction, or guidance. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the Services. For important matters concerning your health, finances, legal situation, or relationships, always consult an appropriately qualified professional. Nothing in the Services is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, or to replace the advice of a licensed professional. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Payments and Plans: AstroMira offers a free plan (Free Spirit) and paid plans, which may include Weekly Value, Cosmic Guide, and Astro Master. Plan names, features, usage limits, prices, and billing cycles are shown within the product and may be updated from time to time. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are processed through our third-party payment provider, Razorpay. By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable charge and represent that you are permitted to use the chosen payment method. We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials; these are handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment provider. Access to paid features begins after successful payment and continues for the stated plan period (for example, a monthly cycle or a fixed-day access window). Unless expressly stated as auto-renewing at the time of purchase, subscriptions provide access for the purchased period and require renewal to continue paid access. Where any auto-renewal applies, it will be disclosed at purchase, and you may disable it before the renewal date. Upgrades, downgrades, and any prorated adjustments are handled as described at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added to the displayed price as required by law. We may change plans, features, and pricing prospectively; such changes will not affect a plan period you have already paid for. Failure to complete or maintain payment obligations may limit, suspend, or remove access to paid features. Refunds, Cancellations & Plan Changes: Digital Nature: AstroMira provides digital astrology services and content that are delivered and consumed instantly (such as birth charts, daily horoscopes, chat guidance, matchmaking, palm reading, and dasha reports). Because premium features are accessible immediately upon successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the service has been accessed or used. Try Before You Buy: We offer a free plan (Free Spirit) and feature previews so you can evaluate AstroMira before purchasing. We encourage you to explore the free experience before subscribing. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription or choose not to renew at any time from your profile/subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current active period; you will retain access to paid features until the end of the period already paid for. When Refunds May Be Considered: Refunds are evaluated only in limited cases, such as (a) a duplicate payment caused by a technical error; (b) a failed activation where payment was deducted but the plan was not activated and our team is unable to activate it for you; or (c) a verified, persistent technical failure on our side that prevented access to core paid features and that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be provided for change of mind after the service has been accessed; dissatisfaction with the nature, interpretation, or accuracy of astrological guidance (which is interpretive and for insight/entertainment); partial use or non-use of a subscription period; account suspension or termination due to violation of these Terms; or coupons, discounts, and promotional credits. How to Request a Refund: Email [email protected] within seven (7) days of the transaction, including your registered name, registered email/phone, transaction/order ID, date of payment, and a clear description of the issue (screenshots help). We will review and respond, typically within five (5) business days, and may request additional information to verify the claim. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay and are typically credited within seven (7) to ten (10) business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, or intermediaries. Chargebacks: If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending review. Coupons & Promotions: Discount codes and promotions are subject to their own terms, may carry expiry dates and usage limits, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Intellectual Property: All platform branding, software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and original content (including readings and charts) are owned by AstroMira / AppsVital Technologies or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from protected materials except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent. "AstroMira" and related logos are our marks and may not be used without permission. User Content: You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit (such as birth details, profile information, palm images, and chat inputs). You grant AstroMira a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process this content solely to operate and provide the Services to you. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Third-Party Services: The Services rely on third parties such as Google (sign-in), Razorpay (payments), hosting providers, and email/SMS providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: The Services and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your expectations, that readings will be accurate or reliable, or that the Services will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroMira, AppsVital Technologies, and their owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services or reliance on any content or guidance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in such cases, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AstroMira, AppsVital Technologies, and their team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right. Termination: You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, legal obligations, or security concerns. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. Miscellaneous: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AstroMira regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Changes to Terms: We may revise these Terms when needed. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
